Due to historical overcapacity and stronger competition, the company faced operating losses and needed to find a way to set the business up for a sustainable future.

Blueprint and Roadmap

We introduced regular operations reviews and used our SCORE method to identify cost reduction opportunities with the team. The transition of the identified loss-making portfolio items to outsourced partners, was managed in three waves. Subsequently the infrastructure was adjusted to the remaining portfolio.
