The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for e-learning courses, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.
If you have requested that our services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with regard to this contract in comparison to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.
Additional provisions for downloading content or participating in live events:
The right of withdrawal also expires in the case of a contract for the delivery of digital content if we have begun to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may begin to perform the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your awareness that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon commencement of the performance of the contract.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
Your right of withdrawal is also excluded in the case of the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software or content on other data carriers, provided that the delivered data carriers have been unsealed.
